As you all know, Easter is coming up. I don’t know about you, but I am really excited. I love all the food and desserts that come with this holiday. So today I decided I would share with you a recipe that I love. This recipe isn’t terribly complicated and is very yummy. Here is what you will need.
Ingredients 1 cake mix (the flavor of your choice) 1/2 a container of store bought vanilla frosting 16 oz. of white chocolate chips Cake pop sticks Easter sprinkle decorations Wax paper Cling wrap

Directions 1. Start out by baking the cake according to the instructions on the box. And let cool. 2. Crumble the cooled baked cake in a large bowl. Stir in the frosting. Add small amounts of frosting until you can form a ball and it stays together. 3. Now form the cake balls into egg shapes as best you can. Once you have the eggs formed, wrap them in small pieces of cling wrap. 4. Place the eggs on a tray and throw them in the freezer until they are frozen (about 1 hour.) 5. Heat the chocolate chips in the microwave until fully melted. Take your cake pop sticks and dip the end into the chocolate. Then insert the stick into the bottom of your egg. 6. Next dip the still frozen eggs into the melted chocolate and cover completely. 7. Place eggs on wax paper and let cool. 8. To decorate, dip the ends of the eggs into the chocolate and immediately sprinkle the decorations on them. There are many other creative ways to decorate these delicious treats. Explore and have fun.
