The Comey Conspiracy

The FBI just threw their former director under the bus.
Releasing several documents, the FBI has essentially confirmed that then-director James Comey began drafting a statement regarding the Hillary Clinton email scandal months before interviewing witnesses.
Although the majority of the documents were redacted, critics ran amok. Calling it an “exoneration statement,” critics of Comey immediately declared him a Clinton sympathizer. President Trump chimed in by saying, “.. James Comey lied and leaked and totally protected Hillary Clinton. He was the best thing that ever happened to her!”

In a letter written in late August, the Judiciary Committee criticized Comey to the new head of the FBI, Christopher Wray. In the letter, they stated, “The outcome of an investigation should not be prejudged while FBI agents are still hard at work trying to gather the facts.”
These revelations have been shocking to most, including Trey Gowdy R-S.C.
Chairman of the House Oversight Committee and a member of the House Intelligence and Judiciary Committee, Gowdy claims that former director Comey should testify before Congress again. Back in June, he had testified before Congress after his firing by President Trump.
According to Gowdy, James Comey’s timeline of events and decisions simply don’t add up.
Ending his interview with Bret Baier, Trey Gowdy states, “Yeah, we need to talk to him again.” Perhaps we will soon see the end of the infamous email investigation.
